Job Description

If you are selfmotivated with a strong desire to grow in your insurance career you could be the right fit to join our Sales Team as our next Insurance Advisor Personal Lines! You will be provided with the training and support to be successful in your role. Our fastpaced environment is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn insurance thrive in a sales environment are client focused and want to grow in their career.

What Youll Do

  • Generate your own leads while also having access to company call leads
  • Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on client needs
  • Provide a great client experience
  • Underwrite new business for pricing and risk analysis

What Youll Need for Success

  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
  • More than 2 years of industry or personal lines experience under your belt
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Customer experience focus
  • Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to selfmanage be proactive work independently and prioritize
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
