Job Description
Are you an innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize distribution channels We are looking for a talented AI/ML Product Manager for Distribution Strategy to lead the development of advanced segmentation and territory design for our sales and marketing teams. In this role you will harness the power of predictive analytics to drive targeted and efficient distribution strategies. Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for AIdriven distribution optimization aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Client Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segments using advanced AI/ML techniques to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Territory Design: Create and optimize coverage territories to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends identify opportunities and drive datainformed decisionmaking.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists engineers sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of distribution optimization initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform product development and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7 years in product management or related roles with a focus on AI/ML and distribution optimization.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms predictive modeling and data analytics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Masters degree or higher is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments and managing product development cycles.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
- User Experience: Strong focus on creating userfriendly and intuitive solutions.
- Financial services industry experience.
