Description
The Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs. Monday Friday day shift: 8am3:30pm
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or associates degree with a minimum of two 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Supervisory experience preferred
Corrections experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
