We are seeking a highperforming targetdriven Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our New York team. This role is ideal for a sales hunter who thrives on building new business closing deals and growing key accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities pitching Fevers solutions and securing highvalue brand partnerships.
What Youll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new brand partnerships across your designated patch (both agency and direct clients).
- Prospect including the ability to qualify and close new business
- Generate a consistent high volume of RFPs on a weekly/monthly basis
- Own the sales processfrom prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Build relationships with key clients while supporting the wider Brand Partnerships team.
- Pull internal resources together to come up with winning responses and execute successful campaigns.
- Achieve meeting goals
- Organize client entertainment to build and strengthen relationships
- Strategically and creatively build a strong longterm sales pipeline to ensure continued growth.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously work with internal departments to enhance and push Fevers Brand Partnerships offering forward.
- Identify and understand trends within entertainment experiences and media and translate these into solutionoriented ideas to clients
Who You Are
- 3 years of media experience in a salesdriven role ideally in publisher sales or brand partnerships.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills independently run client meetings
- Strong writing skills to deliver effective emails and craft presentations
- Strong Sales EQ
- Ability to build and foster strong client relationships that lead to longterm business opportunities.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong negotiation pitching and dealclosing skills.
- An entrepreneurial cando attitude with a proactive approach to sales.
- A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts across media agencies (Publicis Mindshare Havas)
- An entrepreneurial teamplayer who is willing to collaborate and create new opportunities both internally and externally
