We are seeking a Hospital Director with a clinical background. Due to the nature of the role we are open to considering individuals who are looking to step into a leadership position.
The position is with a rehabilitation and recovery unit that provides services to adults over the age of 18 with both voluntary and involuntary admissions.
You would be responsible overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of the hospital ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience at a senior level preferably in a similar setting.
- Proven leadership skills with operational and financial planning experience.
- Experience managing commercial accountability including cost control and financial performance.
- Ability to make informed decisions in challenging circumstances.
- Experience leading diverse teams.
- Strong managerial and leadership background with expertise in healthcare service development.
- Demonstrated track record of innovation and improving operational performance.
