We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering resortquality service. If you have a passion for outdoor work and enjoy working as part of a team we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.

Perform routine maintenance duties.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Experience:

Requirements:

Requirements for this position are that you have:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record;

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.;

Reliable transportation to and from work;

Able to work long hours in different types of weather;

Previous experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred

Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is beneficial

Ability to work in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
