Job Description
Ray Laethem is seeking a detail oriented organized and reliable Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper documentation and processing of vehicle titles registrations and related paperwork for our dealership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles registrations and lienreleases in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation for all vehicle transactions
- Handle and resolve title issues including title discrepancies lost titles and title corrections
- Submit title and registration paper work to appropriateoffices and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Maintain organized and up to date records of all titles and related documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role (automotive experience is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
