Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will provide direct behavioral therapy conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental challenges. This position will report to the BCBA Supervisor and work collaboratively to deliver highquality evidencebased interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Provide direct supervision training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill acquisition and behavioral goals.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor and evaluate client progress.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align treatment goals and strategies.

  • Ensure all services comply with ethical professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Experience working with children aged 25 in an ABA or early intervention setting preferred.

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and early intervention strategies.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to adapt problemsolve and lead in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven track record of accountability and professional integrity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:$75000 $88000 annually (based on experience).

  • Status:Fulltime exempt position.
