About the role
We are seeking a handsonQAEngineerwhocanhelp Enphase in deliveringhigh qualityMobile BasedApplications.Experience withfunctional(Web Mobile API)andnonfunctional(performance load security installationlocalizationetc.testing ismustfor this role. Experience with Wed and Mobile automation usingSelenium/Appium/JavaandAPIautomation testing isessential forthis tole.Quality mindsetwithgood understanding ofprocessesandtoolswith continuous improvement mindsetis required. System Level Experience with IOTbased product line is highly desirable. Having understanding/experience in Electrical systems will be an added advantage.
What you will do
- Ability to execute component functional and system level test testing of Web and Mobile applications and platforms includingAPIs
- Ability to perform tests on Embedded /Hardware/IoT devices and having sound troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Electricalsystems Power Electronics will be an added advantage
- Ability to execute test plans across devices matrix including various software stackscombinations
- Setting upconfiguringand troubleshooting test environment as needed to execute various scenarios. Creation of Master Test Plan Detailed Test Plan Test Cases and other testing deliverables in accordance with SDLC guidelines via manual and automated toolsets
- Expertise in performance & load testing Ability to automatethe majority oftest cases and Manual of remaining cases Investigate test failures log defects and verify bug fixes
- Prepare andAnalysetest results to aid in problemsolving and facilitate decisionmaking
- Identifying test gaps and opportunities to expand our test case coverage utilizing prior quality and testing experience
- Establishing and maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all work Collaborating with other Development teams to identify and resolve product defects in a timelyfashion
- Suggesting on system designs that facilitate the system testing and looks for opportunities to automate the feature delivered to the Testteam
Who you are and What you bring
- BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electrical/ElectronicsComputer ScienceElectricalEngineeringand related discipline with good academics
- 3years ofCloud Mobile andSystem Test experience in a manual/automated test environment
- Experience in testing Web Mobile applicationsAPIsand Embedded Systems
- Selfmotivated individual with the ability to work under minimalsupervision.Solidunderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle including Agile methodology
- Knowledge of any oriented programming language such as JavaRubyor Python
- Experience through the various stages of Web app Mobile app embedded software/firmware design implementation test deployment and maintenance
- Possess experience in Test Planning trackingtool preferably JIRA Confluence Experience with Git and Continuous integration tools like Jenkinsetc.
- Understanding of energy storage microgridand renewableenergy Electricalsystems
- Possess good understanding of Embedded Systems Testing / Hardware /IoT platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
