Job Description

Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Kempston Bedford.
Salary: Basic Salary 20000 bonus/CommissionOTE (uncapped) Company Car
Hours: Role is Full Time and Permanent working 5.5 days a week on Average

Our client s a forwardthinking company working with 14 brands across 6 locations. They are now actively recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for their MultiBrand Kempston dealership.
Previous experience in Car Sales is preferred but we can consider people who have face to face sales experience in other sectors who are keen to work in the Automotive sector.
You will need to be a people person someone who loves talking to people to establish their needs and be able to present the solution. Youll be confident enthusiastic keen to learn willing to work hard and be great at customer service.
You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. Our client will invest in you to ensure that you maximise your potential and give the tools to grow your ability. Within our clients multibrand sites across the group we have career development and progression opportunities and seek individuals with a desire energy and determination to do well.
The working pattern is 5.5 days average 5days week 1 and 6days week 2 including weekends.

About you:
You will be polite articulate and exceptionally well presented to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bedford and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points.

About the position:
Youll be confident keen to learn and willing to work hard. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to develop your skills working with an exciting product. Many of the Sales Executive positions involve:
Managing relationships with your customers including keeping in regular contact with them about the products.
Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards

About the Job requirements
Our client expects their new Sales Executives to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position including:
Customer service.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Full driving license

The role comes with a basic salary of 20000 with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of(uncapped)
