You will...
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing toileting and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature pulse blood pressure and respiratory rate accurately and timely.
- Assist healthcare providers with various medical procedures and treatments including dressing changes catheter care and specimen collection.
- Observe patients for any signs of distress discomfort or changes in condition and promptly reporting findings to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment including changing linens cleaning patient rooms and disinfecting equipment to help prevent the spread of infections.
You have...
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in applicable state.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative healthcare environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.
