Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of architects designers and engineers
Develop and review architectural plans designs and specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Manage project budgets and timelines
Develop concepts and proposals for new projects
Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
Professional registration as a Prof Architect (PrArch)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and other design software
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
