Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sports growth on every level in the United States from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game the US Open.

The Role
This is an 8week program from June 10th through August 13th.
Working hours: MondayThursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work onsite 23 days per week at the Westchester Office.
Hourly rate: $20.00
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team! In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business systems evaluate user needs and support efforts to improve operational efficiency. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in business analysis while contributing to meaningful projects that align with organizational strategies.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements defining project scope and objectives.
- Conduct indepth research and analysis to support datadriven decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Assist in the design implementation and testing of new solutions ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Prepare detailed documentation including workflows use cases and technical requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all phases of the project.
Who You Are
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI).
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Selfstarter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
