Job Description
Overview
This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in an analytical environment leverage business intelligence processes and interfacing with various departments within Finance and Accounting and across the company.
The Financial Analyst supporting the GoToMarket divisions plays a lead role in analyzing business results and provides insights into the performance of key initiatives through analyses collaboration and communication. The analyst will serve as a business partner in a crossfunctional capacity with leadership across our various departments.
Responsibilities
- Establish frameworks to evaluate key initiatives and their efficacy
- Develop and/or enhance financial models for reporting reviewing results and forecasting
- Prepare and present analyses findings and executive reports including strategic reviews with senior executives
- Extract data from various databases and perform sophisticated analysis that results in actionable business insight
- Interact with management at all levels to facilitate information gathering
- Collaborate with budget owners to coordinate annual plan and forecast inputs while providing monthly performancetobudget reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial statement modeling and indepth analysis to drive intelligent decision making
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy negotiating reasoning problem solving and influence
- Skilled at developing and presenting executivelevel communications and data visualization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and display good judgment
- Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and crossfunctional working relationships
- Advanced Excel skills

- Bachelors in finance accounting or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience working with analytical reporting tools
- Familiar with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with budgeting and planning methodologies and tools
- Masters in finance accounting or related field
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
