Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking a paralegal for a multinational bank in Switzerland. In this role the paralegal will provide assessments and advice related to Swiss criminal investigations administrative authorities and court proceedings. The paralegal will be part of an international legal team and play a key role in handling legal administrative tasks contributing to a dynamic financial institution. Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Examine review and process official orders confiscations and freezing injunctions
- Manage case files including updating and archiving them upon completion
- Collaborate with lawyers and experts from other teams within the bank
- Monitor transactions in accounts under investigation
- Serve as a point of contact for Swiss authorities regarding disclosure and injunction orders
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in a legal or paralegal role ideally within a multinational bank or law firm
- Excellent drafting communication and attention to detail skills
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal); proficiency in French and/or Italian is a strong plus
- Highly organized efficient and diligent with the ability to drive projects and meet deadlines
