What You Will Do:
- Perform technical tasks based on detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Utilize limited variety of microelectronic electronic optical electrooptical mechanical or electromechanical equipment including computers and lasers.
- Certified proficient and capable of training on all techniques of brazing utilized on the product line (Heavy braze connector braze light braze)
- Routinely read schematics.
- Perform troubleshooting calibration or modification of hardware fixtures and software.
- Participate on project teams.
- Perform task prioritization.
- Interacts with other functional groups (e.g. engineering manufacturing) on routine technical matters.
- Apply technical expertise in the evaluation development maintenance and use of products devices tests or procedures under constantly changing conditions where some ingenuity and judgment are required.
- Support activities through the resolution of problems and preparation and maintenance of documentation.
- Manage workflow throughout area to achieve team goals.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot nonconformances.
- Fabricate hardware equipment tools or prototypes from drawings or sketches.
- Estimate labor material and manufacturing costs for the building and repair of product or process enhancement.
- Identify and correct minor process material design or equipment documentation.
- Provide accurate recording of time changes test data parts usage etc. This requires limited data interpretation.
- Utilize multiple databases to create/use necessary information to provide information for decision making requiring limited judgment.
- Record manage and maintain technical assets.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically HS diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: be willing and able to work overtime on a business need basis; up to 15 additional hours per week.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- SAP and Team Center experience
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Previous manufacturing work experience

The salary range for this role is $50924 $95511. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
