Detroit Recovery Project Inc. (DRP) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and cooccurring mental health disorders. We treat the whole person through our integrated programs of primary medical and behavioral healthcare.

What were looking for:
DRP is currently seeking a fulltime Data Specialist. The Data Specialist is responsible for collecting client information and entering data into databases maintaining and updating database systems and generating periodic reports.
Compensation:The pay for this position is $4547000/y and is based on nondiscriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is an exempt role that is ineligible for overtime compensation.
The Ideal candidate will:
- Accurately and timely enter data into the DRP system
- Generate reports for team to evaluate progress on timelines and goals
- Review data to ensure accuracy identify errors or inconsistent information and correct any deficiencies
- Update the team on any data changes corrections or improvements and work together with the team and project coordinators to bring about a positive resolution and outcome
- Assess and cross reference data from multiple source documents
- Compile information for use in reports including those of a confidential nature; adhering to the organizations confidentiality policy
- Perform duties ensuring compliance with all program performance standards and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with data collection and processing strongly preferred
- Knowledge of backoffice computer systems (ERP Software)
- Demonstrated ability to multitasks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
