About the job
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support global seasonal launch management across key taskforces (SMS asset readiness events showroom presentations etc.
- Ensure timely of launch milestones and quality of global tools for Swarovski Days
- Own the seasonal toolbox including product collection brand activation comms assets assortment plans and guidelines
- Lead Swarovski Days event gift and traveling samples taskforce
- Ensure toolbox availability on BEAM for easy market access
- Oversee Swarovski Days physical events ensuring brand alignment and excellence
- Gather insights from market surveys to improve tools and processes
- Support trade events with guidelines and best practices in collaboration with key stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Fashion or Business
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Problemsolving skills and cando attitude
- Excellent English proficiency presentation and communication skills
- Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent command of PowerPoint.
