Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse you will:
- Deliver nursing care in line with the clients care plan including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
- Monitor clients conditions and coordinate health promotion prevention and direct care.
- Provide education training and support to clients and their families.
Job Requirements:
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state.
- Have at least one year of experience in home health care or a healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Possess a solid understanding of professional nursing principles and home health documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Communicate effectively with nursing managers and colleagues to ensure highquality care.
Physical and Job Conditions:
- Must have a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
- Sufficient hearing eyesight and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
- Engage in physical activities such as walking standing stooping and occasional lifting or turning of clients.
