Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Deliver accurate information and assist customers with their queries

- Work according to a structured shift schedule including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in French (B2 C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working onsite
- Willing to work in a 7day shift rotation 8 AM 8 PM)
