The role of the Distribution and Fulfillment Manager will be to provide direction for Marketing by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; support for and implementing fulfillment business strategies plans and practices; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customerfocused environment (adhering to service level agreements statement of work and contracts); while demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning / improvements.
Minimum required experience is 710 years direct work experience in a relevant management capacity
Vocational/Technical/Business school or equivalent work experience. Some college preferred.
Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment is essential.
Experience with print operations large scale fulfillment projects project and campaign management
Must be able to learn understand and apply new technologies.
Preferred Skills
Detailed oriented and have proven background in Fulfillment and campaign management.
Able to use independent judgment to make decisions multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to develop business relationships and work in a fast paced clientdriven environment.
Experience communicating effectively with all levels of management and nonmanagement.
Ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients and management.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Personal computer skills should include Microsoft Office. Must have excellent Excel skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP HagenProMail/VeraCore system).
Can conform to shifting priorities demands and timelines through analytical problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial.
