eBay Motors is a leader in vehicle eCommerce connecting buyers and sellers across a wide range of categories including cars trucks motorcycles commercial vehicles and specialty automobiles. Our goal is to be the goto marketplace for consumers and businesses looking for a seamless trusted and efficient way to buy and sell vehicles online.

Were seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive growth by bringing highquality automotive inventory to the eBay platform. In this role youll own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new partners. Success in this role requires strong relationshipbuilding skills a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to engage decisionmakers. Youll work both remotely and in the field with 2540 travel to connect directly with dealerships fleet operators and other key automotive businesses.

What you will accomplish:

  • Build a balanced pipeline of prospects to consistently meet and exceed target revenue

  • Prospect and qualify leads communicating the eBay value proposition and getting contractual commitments

  • Ability to travel 2540 of the time

  • Form relationships across dealership organizations via in person visits telephone webinar and digital platforms.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the eBay value proposition relevant to the eBay Motors business vertical.

  • Document all communication with sellers in an accurate and timely manner in established CRM systems ensuring highlights are communicated and understood by internal partners.

  • Set appropriate dealer expectations around the integration process and account management support ensuring a smooth transition of new sellers to the account management team.

What you will bring:

  • 4 years of full cycle business to business sales experience.

  • Automotive industry experience a plus.

  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written English.

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong bias for action

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
