Job Description

Hiring for Experience Candidates into Top Sky Lounge Restaurant Property in Central Kolkata

Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata (Central)
Salary: Upto 18000 inhand per month Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Rotational Days 1 Rotational Week Off)
Industry: Restaurant / Sky Lounge Caf (Big Brand Caf)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through phone email and chat resolving customer queries concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Tele Sales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers promoting our products and services encouraging repeat business and generating sales.

  • Booking for Parties and Gettogether :Responding to the calls booking table for parties and gettogether.

  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues with empathy professionalism and efficiency ensuring a positive experience.

  • Sales Targets: Work towards meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs to earn attractive incentives.

  • Data Management: Record and update customer interactions feedback and sales details in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Support (preferably in the hospitality or retail industry).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).

  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer needs effectively and efficiently.

  • ProblemSolving: Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and a solutionsoriented mindset.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 rotational days per week including weekends 1 rotational week off).

  • TechSavvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc..
