Position Description:
The Louise S. McGehee School is now accepting applications for a dynamic innovative fulltime History teacher who enthusiastically invests in all aspects of the education process and in the schoolwide community. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to teach Geography and World History preparing students to be citizens of the world as it exists today. This candidate will be excited to collaborate with colleagues both within the department and across disciplines and to engage in constant conversation about further strengthening and evolving the History program. This fulltime faculty position includes a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits program. The expected start date for the position is the school year (beginning August 1 2025.
