Job Description
Job Title: Manager Accounts
What You Will Do
1. Final Accounts Preparation:
o Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
2. General Ledger (GL) Management:
o Oversee GL entries reconciliations and accuracy.
o Classify transactions appropriately and maintain an organized GL.
3. Treasury Functions:
o Manage cash flow liquidity and working capital.
o Coordinate with banks for fund transfers investments and foreign exchange transactions.
4. Audit Coordination:
o Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
o Address audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
5. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
o Analyze financial data and provide insights.
6. Receivable Control:
o Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections.
o Implement credit control measures.
7. Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
o Implement best practices in accounting and financial management.
8. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
o Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional growth.
Who You Are
Chartered Accountant
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software & SAP.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Experience:
Minimum 9 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
Prior experience in supervisory positions is an advantage.
Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ethical and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
