Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and supervise all incoming calls/emails from current patients family members
- Serve as primary link between current patients family members to the clinical nursing and medical staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinates with clinical nursing and medical staff to provide patient care and support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent required associate or bachelors degree in a clinical field preferred
- One year experience in the substance abuse field preferred
- Provides excellent customer service
- CPI and CPR (offered at facility)
- Management/supervision experience required
- Must exhibit excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work with male and female adult 18 and over) substance abuse / dually diagnosed population
