Job Description: Seeking a processdriven individual to optimize purchasing operations for key customers including planning forecasting replenishment and product transitions. This role oversees material management and supplier coordination across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current procurement processes ingredient sourcing and supplier networks.
Identify and implement ingredient substitutions to streamline supply chain alignment.
Communicate forecast changes for product launches and discontinuations.
Monitor inventory levels shelf life and supplier fill rates.
Develop and recommend procurement process improvements including master purchase orders and distributor management.
Execute and oversee ingredient changes across all plants.
Establish controls to address process gaps.
Qualifications:
Experience in procurement forecasting process development or system implementation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Economics or related field.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint; SQL Halo Power BI and Axapta a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Travel:
Up to 20 travel to internal and supplier facilities nationwide.
