Primary Responsibilities:

• Experience working in avionics software development/verification & c

  Experience on Object oriented programming (Preferably Ada) and Python scripting language.

  Ability to work and meet stringent project deadlines.

  Expertise with Configuration Management and Change Control Process.

  Expertise in DO178B/C certification process (at least DALB).

  Experience in self handling of work packages.

  Experience in working on High Level testing activities.

  Have intensive and diversified knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer

  requirements project schedule and costs.

  Have diversified knowledge of standards/procedures to meet customer requirements.

  Drive building of robust competencies around the functional areas and implement it

  Strong sense of personal responsibility in accomplishing the organizations goals within the deadline

  Job responsibilities

  Technically responsible and contributes to at least one activity in a program/project.

  Significant domain knowledge of products and systems in assigned area.

  Analyze design of tests and able to work independent on test cases and test scripts

  development.

  Selfdirected and provides the guidance to team members.

  Ensures compliance to Do178B development processes and standard work requirements.

  Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining

  solutions.

  Interfaces with US based POCs / SMEs for status & validate approach / design Drive individual

  contributing technical talent and is responsible for a team of engineers.

  Applies a systematic disciplined quantifiable approach to the construction analysis or

  management of software. Uses independent judgment to make decisions in daytoday job

  responsibilities the majority of the time under general supervision.

  Responsible for independent of his day to day operations

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
