Job Description
Construction Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent
We are looking for a full time Construction Senior or General Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and airport/aviation construction. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to and completion. They will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to and completion
- Manage a team of construction workers
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Resolve any construction issues that arise
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 710 years of experience construction
- Experience with airport/aviation projects
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
