JobDescription:
We are hiring a motivated and detailorientedOperation Executiveto join our team. The candidate will manage incoming calls handle leads and effectively communicate our services to new and existing customers. Strong communication skills and a basic understanding ofdigitalmarketingare essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Incoming Calls:Promptly and professionally manage customer inquiries via phone.
Lead Management:Qualify follow up and manage leads through multiple channels maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Client Communication:Present our IVRdigitalmarketing and real estate services to both prospective and existing clients answering queries and providing solutions.
Customer Service:Deliver exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm client relationships.
Coordination:Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any servicerelated issues.
Reporting:Generate and maintain reports on calls leads and conversion rates offering insights for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationMarketing or a related field (preferred).
Experience:12 years in customer service sales or operations ideally in thedigitalmarketingindustry.
