Maintenance Engineer
Nottingham
Permanent
Circa 19 per hour
EMBS Engineering is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a wellestablished precision engineering company located in North Nottingham on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities include:
- Perform planned and reactive mechanical electrical and facilities maintenance tasks.
- Maintain service and repair CNC lathes milling machines and associated equipment.
- Minimise machine downtime and implement shop floor improvements to enhance efficiency.
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in maintaining CNC manufacturing equipment including lathes and milling machines.
- Proficiency in pneumatics hydraulics gearboxes pumps motors and 3phase electrical maintenance
- Strong skills in control panel fault finding and repairs as well as working knowledge of compressors and welding/fabrication techniques
- Competence in performing maintenance tasks for facilities and infrastructure
- IPAF and Forklift certifications (preferred).
- IEE Regulations qualification (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Fanuc Heidenhain Mazak/Mazatrol and Haas control systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of PLCs control systems and automation technologies (advantageous).
