Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Up to.5 hours per week Monday Friday

Our client a wellestablished provider of home care services is looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead their team. Specialising in livein care complex care and respite care the service is committed to delivering personcentred support that enhances the lives of individuals in need.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in domiciliary care to make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will oversee operations ensuring highquality care delivery regulatory compliance and a supportive work environment for staff.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager or a similar leadership role within the care sector.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering compassionate and personcentred care.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients families and external stakeholders to promote the service.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation to maintain financial sustainability.
  • Drive service growth through strategic planning and community engagement.
