Summer Seasonal Parks Maintenance Worker

Position Summary
Palatine Park District is hiring for Summer Seasonal Parks Maintenance Worker positions. If you enjoy working outside and take pride in your work this job is for you. Duties include mowing raking trimming debris cleanup leaf cleanup athletic court and trail maintenance assistance with athletic field preparations playground maintenance and other general maintenance duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Parks maintenance and/or landscape experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Enthusiastic attitude and great work ethic

This position works up to 40 hours/week during the summer and the work hours are 6:30 a.m.3:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required. The pay range for this job is $16.50$17.00. This is an excellent summer employment opportunity for college students.
