Baylor University is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment who will support the mission of the university by managing the recruitment cycle to meet enrollment goals for each individual program within the Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office.
A Bachelors degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Masters degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Remote/hybrid work arrangements will be considered on a casebycase basis.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65000 $70000. The full salary range for this position classification is $61883.47 $102107.73
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience skills knowledge abilities education licensure and certification analysis of internal equity and other business and organizational needs.
