Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Billing and Revenue Operations Specialist to work with our Gen II Digital team managing our software clients across a variety of solutions such as:
- An investor portal that helps fund sponsors increase productivity and communicate better with their investors.
- An analytics platform that allows clients to analyze fund data across numerous metrics and performance KPIs.
- A data integration toolset which allows clients to integrate Gen II fund admin data with both inhouse and thirdparty platforms.
- Electronic subscription software. This electronic subscription software is an easytouse tool for investors to quickly complete their paperwork electronically for investing in a sponsors fund deal coinvest or other types of investments.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of Salesforce expertise project management skills and strong business acumen. They will help optimize crossfunctional collaboration optimize our revenue and billing processes and drive operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role in the future of Gen II technology growth strategy.
Our software serves 300 clients with over $1 trillion of assets under management and 45000 LPs.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Oversee billing data accuracy in Salesforce reporting and analytics to aid business decisionmaking.
- Prepare and track client billing and accounts receivables.
- Prepare invoicing reports for finance on a monthly cadence.
- Answering adhoc client billing enquiries.
- Create and update accurate documentation to track changes and updates in the sales process.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements Skills Education and Experience:
- 2 years in billing and revenue operations or related role.
- Strong Excel experience required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is required.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer focused technical skills professional accountability teamwork selfdirection and emotional intelligence.
- 4 year Bachelors degree required.
- Has a strong ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to effectively work remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Ability to create dashboards and reports in Salesforce that deliver actionable insights on key metrics like pipeline health sales speed and customer acquisition costs.
- Business Acumen with knowledge of SaaS business models.
The salary range for this position is $65000 $74000 in addition to and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidates experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule comprised of two 2 days a week in our office and three 3 days remotely.
