Overview
Senior Commercial Strategy Manager
Location:Yeovil (with up to 2 days from home)
Reporting Line:Director of Commercial Development
Role Purpose: Develop and execute Screwfixs Commercial strategy delivering long term sustainable growth for our business through the expansion of choice introduction of innovative business models and championing customer convenience.
Responsibilities
- Use external industry insight customer feedback and business input to lead the development of engagement in and delivery of Screwfixs commercial strategy
- Provide thought leadership counsel and support in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities including the facilitation of business case creation and prioritisation of delivery
- Engage with stakeholders of all levels across the business such as PMO Tech Digital and commercial to integrate new ways of working including coaching and support of crossfunctional teams
- Support the process of requirement gathering and delivery of new technologies into the Screwfix business
- Lead complex and largescale business change from ideation to delivery including process cultural and organisational change
- Lead and motivate direct and indirect teams from across the business in pursuit of enhancing our customer proposition and growing our business

Required Skills & Experience:Experience in strategy development understanding of mass managed and marketplace operations proven leadership in organizational change strong stakeholder engagement and communication project/program management with crossfunctional teams strategic mindset and data analysis skills determination to deliver measurable results and influential with clear communication and objective judgment
