Job Description
Partner Staffingis currently working with our client seeking an experiencedand dynamic Operations Manager to oversee regional projects and programs to ensure a safe workenvironment effective planning implementation and tracking. The candidatewill also be responsible to supervise mentor and develop employees.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Implementand enforce a Health Safety and Environment Program
- Oversee regional projects to ensure projectdeliverables are on time within budget and to the desired quality level.
- Biweekly review and enforcement of employeebillable hours
- In consultation with Human Resources and Resource Managerparticipate in the recruiting process and employee retention initiatives.
- Participate in business improvement opportunities/initiatives at both the regional and company level.
- Review workplans resources (time money personalequipment etc. required to complete the project and communicate to regionaland general manager.
- Review quality of work completed with project teamon a regular basis to ensure project standards are met.
- Review the project schedule with management andother staff that will be affected by project activities identify revisions asrequired to ensure successful completion.
- Client management and retention.
- Participate in Business Development activities identifynew opportunities complete quotes and proposals for existing clients andcommunicate with the Business Development VP.
