Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten (KG) Teacher to facilitate early childhood learning through interactive lessons storytelling playbased activities and handson experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of child development and be able to create a warm and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and socialemotional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute ageappropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy numeracy motor skills and socialemotional development.
- Engaging Learning Methods: Utilize storytelling music art playbased activities and interactive games to enhance learning.
- Student Development: Monitor and assess each childs progress ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive safe and structured classroom that encourages creativity and collaboration.
- Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on their childs progress through meetings reports and feedback sessions.
- Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events celebrations and field trips for holistic learning.
- Behavioral Guidance: Encourage positive behavior and social skills through patience empathy and effective classroom management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers administrators and support staff to ensure a wellrounded learning experience for children.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Montessori Training or a related field. Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Experience:
- 2 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Preschool.
- Strong understanding of child development and ageappropriate teaching strategies.
- 2 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Preschool.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Patience and a nurturing attitude toward young learners.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Screening Process:
- Demo Class: Conduct a sample lesson to demonstrate teaching techniques.
- Interview: Assessment of experience teaching methodology and understanding of early childhood education.
