Growing medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant an outpatient setting in the Naugatuck Connecticut area!

Your Role with the Company:
- Fulltime position 4 or 5 day work week available 1:8 call
- Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting
- APP will examine obtain medical histories and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Background Profile:
- Nurse Practitioner NP or Physician Assistant PA
- Active CT license
- 1 year of experience
