Job Description
Our client is a private utility company based in Hillcrest KwaZulu Natal. They are looking for a general manager that will run the commercial side of the business making sure that the financial and operational teams are running smoothly while running their own commercial team.
The perfect candidate must have a degree in business management or a masters in business administration. The candidate must be a people person while being the glue of the company through managing the teams through effective communication. The candidate must be willing to travel to other branches in JHB and Cape Town.
A candidate with a utility prepaid and meters background will be highly considered.
Requirements:
- Degree in business management or a masters in business administration
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manger
- Infield experience with prepaid utilities and meters will be beneficial
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Proactive nature
