As the Creative Manager you are responsible for the creative output and daily operations of a fastpaced inhouse studio team. This is a pivotal handson role that requires you to be both a strong creative and operational thinker who steers creative creates scalable systems coordinates with internal stakeholders and ensures projects move smoothly from brief to output. You understand systems and how to scale them for operational excellence and speed of delivery. As a people manager you will oversee and mentor a team of designers copywriters and editors. You must have an advanced understanding of design copy and video editing skillsets. Your appetite for coordinating creative workflows attention to detail and collaborative mentality will be integral to making this team run efficiently as we embark on our mission to bring millions of people together through shared experiences.
You Will:
- Steer review and approve creative work to ensure it meets the highest standards or quality relevance and brand alignment.
- Proactively anticipate and solve creative problems
- Manage incoming workflows and help remove obstacles to support team members to move forward effectively and efficiently
- Help set priorities and manage workloads so that assignments are completed within agreed upon time frames
- Coordinate and work with all key stakeholders across the organization to identify and obtain information needed to carry out assignments
- Follow up on set expectations and provide coaching and guidance when standards are not being met
- Demonstrate full understanding of how budgets and schedules are applied for financial management
- Develop strong relationships with all crossdiscipline internal teams
- Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion on the team
- Provide continuous feedback and manage performance outcomes for direct reports
You Have:
- 10 years of experience in creative roles with 35 years in a leadership or management position at a brand or production studio
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- A strong creative background merged with the ability to organize creative workflows
- Great creative judgement and taste
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Decisive problem solving ability
- An ability to work well within a team setting

- Strong leadership and managerial skills
