Title: Program Director Behavioral Health Inpatient
Salary up to $158000/year
Location: Albuquerque NM

As PMCs Inpatient Program Director your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care Community and Compliance.
- Care: Lead manage and collaborate with a small interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Community: Energetically lead implement and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff local medical facilities and community members through presentations events and oneonone conversations.
- Compliance: Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit focusing on Care Community and Compliance.
- Basic computer knowledge required
- BLS required
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of operation required
- Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health preferred
- Five years Management experience preferred
- Handle with Care Training provided
- Masters Degree Nursing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Onsite training provided.
