Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Secretary to support our legal team by providing essential administrative and executive support. If you are detailoriented and organized and thrive in a fastpaced environment this is your opportunity to grow professionally while making a real difference in operations. You will manage calendars assist in document preparation maintain client files handle business intake and support the billing process.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range:
  • Boston: $63700 $104650
  • Los Angeles: $65800 $108100
  • New York: $67200 $110400
  • San Francisco: $70000 $115000
  • Santa Monica: $65800 $108100
  • Silicon Valley: $70000 $115000
  • Washington DC: $65800 $108100
  • Eligible for overtime.

Candidate Parameters:

  • High school diploma/GED required. College degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
