Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to expand our client base within the construction industry. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities building strong relationships with construction companies and positioning Hire10 as the goto recruiting firm for their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction management sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.
  • Represent Hire10 at industry events conferences and networking functions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development sales or account management preferably within the construction staffing or recruiting industries.
  • Strong understanding of the construction management industry and its talent needs.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Goaloriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
