- Salary 32100
- 37.5 hour contract
- Shifts: 7.00am 14.30pm & 14.30pm 22.30pm
- 28 days holiday per year 30 days after 3 years of service)

Reporting to the Front of House Manager & Director of Rooms this is a guest/membersfocused role where you will be able to give a very personalised and engaging service. This property is very much a homefromhome for its members and with this we are looking for an individual who enjoys giving a high level of service anticipating guest needs and making memorable memories.
This role will involve a level of management and training mentoring and guiding a great team of receptionists concierge porters and night staff who have a genuine passion for looking after their guests. This role will suit a confident outgoing individual who has a strong background of working in luxury hotel and or private members club environments.
