Job Description
Mission Centered Federally Qualified Community Health Center is looking for 3 Internal Medicine Physicians in the Boston MA area! Milford Framingham or Worcester

01.9 years of experience $200000 base salary plus $10000 bonus incentive paid out quarterly based on having all your notes closed by the end of every month.
25.9 years of experience $210000 base salary plus $10000 bonus incentive
6 years of experience $220000 base salary plus $10000 bonus incentive
also the Medical Director opening in Milford $240000/yr.
HPSA Score Recently Updated: Our score went from 11 to 15. This means that Providers who commit to working for us for 2 years will be awarded $50000 of loan repayment.
Providers Role with the Company:
Fulltime clinicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions 32 hours total) and two administrative sessions 8 hours total) each week. Administrative sessions can be completed remotely.
The workday is split into two clinical sessions. The morning session 8am12noon) and the afternoon session 1pm5pm last appointment scheduled around 4:20.
Call responsibilities are light and can be taken by phone only. Either 2 weekday call shifts a month or one weekend call shift a month
Part Time or Full Time Roles Available. Must be comfortable with working 1 evening shift every 2 weeks (until 7pm).
Physicians see 2022 patients a day.
