Job Description
We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full time Security Administrator in our Tiffin OH location. The primary role of a Security Administrator is to protect an corporate information corporate systems and corporate networks from security breaches attacks and unauthorized access. This position will work within firstline or secondline support and must understand how information systems are used as applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.
- Implement and monitor systems and policies aimed toward protecting corporate information against cyberattacks and insider threats.
- Protect company computer/network infrastructure while keeping company data secure and stable at all times.
- Certify Concordance security posture by adhering to controls and frameworks that apply to the supply chain and our customers.
- Provide administrator assistance with the design of our company networks.
- Controlling user access to systems and resources including managing permissions conducting regular audits of user activity and enforcing strong authentication mechanisms.
- Keeping security systems up to date with the latest enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Computer Science Cyber Security System Software or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 6 years of network administration certifications and/or certification path established and experience.
- Network administration and Security Framework experience is necessary.
- Government Security Frameworks preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills utilizing existing security monitoring applications.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what a problem is and explain a solution.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work inside of a team.

- Ability to prioritize a workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment (post offer) DOT drug screening physical and background check.
