Summary of the Job:

Lights camera action! The Credit Card Sales Ambassador has a unique opportunity to work onsite at Universal Parks in Orlando. Join the FNBO team and play a pivotal role in enhancing guests experience by introducing them to the exciting world of exclusive benefits and rewards. As a Universal Credit Card Sales Ambassador you will have the unique opportunity to blend your exceptional interpersonal skills with your enthusiasm for the Universal theme parks delivering extraordinary customer service while promoting the credit card program.

About This Role:

Do you enjoy meeting new people and building brand awareness Look no further! You will work in a fun fast paced environment surrounded by the magic of Universal Parks in Orlando.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner offering information about Universals branded credit card offerings.

Create memorable guest interactions by effectively communicating the features benefits and perks of our credit card programs.

Provide personalized recommendations based on guests preferences and needs showcasing how our credit cards can enhance their experience at Universal Orlando.

Act as a knowledgeable resource addressing guest inquiries and concerns related to credit card applications rewards fees and terms.

Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily acquisition targets and promote a positive team environment.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Universals attractions shows and events to better connect credit card benefits to the overall park experience.

Assist guests with completing credit card applications and ensure accuracy in collecting required information.

Stay current with industry trends cardholder benefits and promotions to effectively convey the value proposition of Universal credit cards.

Comply with all bank policies regulations and laws.

Flexible scheduling is a requirement of this position which means that your schedule could change as business needs evolve.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications:

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and engaging personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.

Salesoriented mindset with the ability to effectively present and sell credit card benefits to potential cardholders.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ensuring accurate completion of credit card applications.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing guest needs.

Basic knowledge of financial concepts credit cards and rewards programs (training will be provided).

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Bilingual language skills a plus.

At least one year of previous sales or customer service experience required prior experience in retail or banking preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays and navigate changing schedules as required based on business needs.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to walk back and forth to acquisition locations to assist guests and employees

Compensation:

Starting at $20/per hour incentives
