Reporting to the Principal and management committee of the school you will be responsible for enhancing the image of the school and student excellence.
Candidate Profile /Role & Responsibilities:

Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience in managing and leading K12 School
Wellversed with standard operating procedures and processes as per the norms
- At least 1020 years of teaching experience preferably in a reputed CBSE schoolof which at least 45 years as a HOD/Senior curriculumcoordinator Head of School/ Vice Principal
- Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
- Knowledge about designing and developing curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE
- Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club English club Information Technology club etc. is necessary
- Responsible for teacher supervision guidance and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process to ensure sustainable studentexcellence.
- Development of curriculum teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management administration affiliation academics and public relations.
- Must have thorough knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management.
Soft Skills:patience confidence innovative thinking and sound decisionmaking. In addition must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
