As a growing company we are seeking highly skilled and customerfocused Field Service/Installation Technicians to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Job Description: We are looking for experienced and dedicated Field Service/Installation Technicians who specialize in HVAC systems including RAC Light Commercial Units VRF systems and Chillers. As a Field Service/Installation Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining repairing and troubleshooting HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Your technical expertise attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in ensuring successful service delivery. Responsibilities:
Install service maintain repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems including RAC Light Commercial Units VRF systems and Chillers
Conduct thorough system inspections to diagnose issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements
Follow technical manuals diagrams and blueprints to perform installation and maintenance tasks accurately
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity
Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs address inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Keep accurate records of service calls work performed and parts used
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service and installation activities
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to provide technical expertise and assist with customer inquiries
Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and training
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC or related field are highly preferred
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician Field Service Technician or similar role
Indepth knowledge and handson experience with HVAC systems including RAC Light Commercial Units VRF systems and Chillers
Familiarity with industry codes regulations and best practices
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
